Alliquippa,
Pennsylvania's Tim Shaffer continued his hot streak of late, taking the
410 sprint victory. It marks the third win this month since taking over
the duties of the Aaron Call Motorsports #83."The track was tricky
tonight, but Brian (Kemenah) had the car perfect. This win goes out to Brian's sister (Lori Havens) who was hurt pretty badly today in a car crash," said Shaffer beside the Kistler Race Products, Ray Tech Industries backed J&J Chassis. "I didn't know if I could get around Byron (Reed)...he was pretty strong. I could get to him and I just tried to rattle his cage a little and it worked," added Shaffer who took the lead on lap 10 when Reed drove over the cushion in turn four and spun. -> Read More - Submitted by Brian Liskai |
